QUESTIONS

Send your footage via WeTransfer to vygnir92z@gmail.com — or directly on Discord (Vygnir). WeTransfer is free and handles large files easily.

Standard: 3–5 business days depending on the pack. Express 24h option available as an add-on (+35€). Production starts immediately after the 50% deposit.

50% deposit on quote validation to start production. The remaining 50% is due before the final export is delivered. Payment via PayPal or bank transfer.

Yes — each pack includes revisions (1 for Simple, 1–2 for Impact, 2–3 for Premium). Revisions are processed within 48h. Additional revisions can be requested at an extra cost.

I work with most standard formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, ProRes, MXF. RAW files (BRAW, R3D) are accepted for Premium packs. When in doubt, just ask before sending.
